When a guest submits a Tattle survey, you receive an email notification with a summary of the response.
What the Notification Includes
CER — the guest's Customer Experience Rating
Survey Score — the average of all operational category scores
Feedback Details — when the survey was submitted and when the guest's experience occurred
Low Performing Categories — operational categories that received low ratings, with the negative factors and comments for each
Additional Questions — how the guest answered any additional questions in the survey
Responding from the Notification
Click the "View Feedback" button in the notification email.
Tattle will open directly to that survey response in your dashboard.
Click "Reply to Guest" to send a response.
Use the email box to write your reply or choose from your saved templates.
Send your response.
