Responses Page

Review guest survey feedback, reply to guests, and manage survey details from the Responses page.

Accessing the Responses Page

Navigate to Responses in the Tattle dashboard.

Filtering Your Responses

At the top of the page, use the filters to narrow your view:

  • Group — filter by location group

  • Location — filter by a specific location

  • Date Range — defaults to the past 90 days; click the dropdown to adjust

  • Questionnaire — filter by survey type

  • Advanced Filters — access additional filtering options

You can also export your filtered results to a file by clicking the export option at the top of the page.

Reading the Responses List

Each row represents a single guest survey response. The columns display:

  • Guest — the guest who submitted the response

  • CER — the guest's Customer Experience Rating

  • Average Score — the average score across all operational categories

  • Survey Completed — when the survey was completed

  • Experience Date — when the guest's visit occurred

  • Reward Redeemed — whether the guest redeemed a reward

  • Messaged — whether you have sent a message to this guest

  • Read — whether the guest has read your message

Viewing a Full Survey Response

Click the icon in the last column of any row to open the complete survey response and timeline on a separate page.

Reviewing Response Details

  1. Click any row to open the response detail window while remaining on the Responses tab.

  2. Review the CER, overall score, and average CER.

  3. Scroll through the operational category breakdown, factors, and any comments left by the guest.

  4. From this window, you can also flag the response for review or edit the tags associated with the survey.

Responding to a Guest

  1. In the response detail window, click the "Reply to Guest" button at the top left of the window.

  2. Select the type of reply you would like to send.

  3. In the email box, choose an email template or use the "AI Responder" to generate a reply.

  4. Send your response.
