Finding an Incident
Your survey list displays all recent responses. Incidents — surveys with a CER rating of one, two, or three stars — are indicated in the list.
Tap the incident you want to review.
Review the full timeline for that incident, including when it was created, the wait time, and whether it has been viewed or replied to.
Reviewing Survey Details
Tap "Survey Details" to view the full context of the survey response.
Review the CER, ratings for each operational category, any negative factors flagged, comments left by the guest, and any additional feedback disclosed.
Replying to a Guest
Tap the blue "Reply" button when you are ready to respond.
The email modal will open.
To use a saved template, tap "Use Template" and select from the dropdown.
To write a custom message, type directly in the email field.
To include a reward with your response, add it before sending.
Send your reply.
