Accessing Location Reporting
To access Locations Reporting, click on the “Locations” tab in the menu bar to the left.
The “Locations” tab shows all active locations, with core metrics such as:
Total Customer Responses
CER (Customer Experience Rating)
Average Survey Score
Incident Rate %
View a particular location’s performance in detail by clicking on the location name.
