After creating your email templates, you can set a template as an automatic email response to a survey submission based on the star rating given by the customer. This is a great way to add a personzlied touch in your customer correspondence at scale.

1. To set an email template as an automatic response, click the “Questionnaires” tab in the menu bar to the left and select “Manage”.

2. To tie an email template to a particular star rating, simply select the email template you want in the dropdown menu.

Customers who provide the same star rating will receive the email template tied to that star rating. You can also manually follow up in the Customer Responses section.
